This adoption webinar will provide a refresher of voluntary birth parent consent procedures in Tennessee, including review of the new surrender form and dealing with putative fathers. In addition, Ms. Collins will discuss how the new Post Adoption Contact Agreement (PACA) law impacts private and agency adoptions Tennessee.
